San Jose Tradeshow 2026

Role: Designer

Large-Scale Event Branding

I worked as a designer, with a global experiential marketing and event production agency on the environmental graphics. As part of a design team, I helped develop large-format exterior signage and wayfinding across the conference footprint.

The work included graphical elements such as entrance moments, archways, stage wraps, fencing, totems, façade banners, window clings, and wayfinding systems that guided attendees throughout the event space.

While the graphics appear minimal, the project required careful execution within the brand’s highly structured brand system. Every piece had strict rules around color usage, spacing, typography, and scale, and the designs needed to translate consistently across dozens of large physical installations.

Projects like this are a great example of environmental design at scale, where branding, architecture, and wayfinding all work together to shape the attendee experience.
