Interactive Touch Table

Role: Lead designer
Project: An Oldie but a Goodie: The Sprint Touch Table (2007). Ah, 2007—when flip phones reigned supreme.

Sprint Touch, an interactive table designed to engage customers in Sprint’s retail stores. The table responded to touch, movement, and even physical objects like coasters, creating a dynamic, gamified way to explore Sprint’s digital offerings.

My Role in the Project
I was responsible for table design and storyboarding the animation, ensuring the visuals and interactions were both engaging and intuitive. My work included designing the interface elements, mapping out user interactions, and developing the animation flow to create a seamless experience.

Even years later, this project stands as an early example of how digital interactivity could transform in-store experiences.

Video Storyboarding
In addition to the interactive table, I designed and storyboarded a video that played on the table as part of the experience. This involved crafting a visual narrative that aligned with the table’s interactive elements, ensuring the video enhanced engagement and complemented the overall design.
